Extensive experience in Aerospace, Aviation, and Government affairs. Develops communications programs that apply proven marketing concepts to new platforms for delivery. A founder of a Nashville, Tennessee newspaper group, as well as a deputy press secretary to Tennessee Governor Lamar Alexander, he has embraced the power of Social Media Marketing while providing the real world experience of success. Recently, Dick launched Space Coast City Guide, the only totally online city guide serving Brevard County Florida and all its cities, including Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral and the Kennedy Space Center area.
Executive Vice President
As a significant contributor to the transportation and logistics Industry for the past 40 years, Ron provides a far reaching and quite extensive knowledge in global supply chain solutions. By
specializing in building and developing strong, multi-faceted customer relationships, coordinating and planning the production element with the supply chain, including the development of 3PL
scenarios, his contributions stand out.
Ron has spent 20 years with DB Schenker (BAX Global) in key management roles, as well as 18 years in direct line and corporate sales activities. His global experience includes serving as 15 years as Global Account Director – Healthcare and Director of International Fashion, organizing BAX Global’s worldwide approach and responsibility for importing quality apparel from numerous apparel production centers around the world as well as managing the Siemens Global Account for 30 years and Pfizer for 15 years.
Ron is a consecutive and multiple year winner of our highest sales recognition, The Inner Circle (now the President’s Club), and has won the BAX Global Par Award for Sales Excellence. Among other numerous awards, he has been selected to Who’s Who in American Business, Who’s Who in International Trade, the International Who’s Who of Professionals, selected as of the 2000 RVC Diocesan Youth Role Model Award and was the Recipient of the First Annual ‘Bud Harrelson’ Coaches Award recognizing his many years of dedication to CYO Youth Sports Programs. Ron is a graduate of Marist College.

Claudine San Nicolas
Vice President - Pacific Operations
Experienced communications professional with strong background in account and project management for digital and print media. She has worked in a variety of categories including (but not limited to) education, advocacy, energy and economic development. As Vice President of our Hawaiian operations, Claudine embodies the Aloha Spirit in her approach to problem solving and achieving our client’s goals. Her full service, hands on approach ensures every detail is focused on developing a total communications package that establishes positive public relations. She has utilized her expertise to develop clients ranging from Sempra U.S. Gas Power and its Auwahi Wind Farm in Ulupalakua, the Pacific Cancer Institute, the Maui Food Bank, Maui Economic Development Board, Maui Economic Opportunity Inc. and St. Anthony Junior-Senior High School.
Vice President - Western Operations
With over 38yrs. of practical financial industry experience.Mr. Watson uniquely combines the skill sets of practitioner, educator and highly sought consultant. For over 25 years, has provided clients with consulting services relating directly and indirectly to their Marketing Central Information File. Such services include quantitative and qualitative research, profit segmentation, customer retention tracking, product design, pricing and promotion, prospecting of profit opportunities, sales and service incentive design and tracking, and product and delivery network profitability.
Presently serves on the faculty of The ABA School of Bank Marketing & Management at Northwestern University, Chicago and has served over 13 years on The ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking at Georgetown University, The Graduate School of Banking in Madison, Wisconsin, and The Financial Institutions Marketing Association Advanced Marketing School at Ohio State. Additionally Mr. Watson is a contributing author of "Relationship Marketing: Process, Performance and Profit" and “What Every Credit Union Executive Should Know About Marketing.”
